What is an ABC workspace?

A workspace offers fully equipped office space for several companies under one roof. Conference rooms, individual, team or day offices await you here. You can also benefit from the numerous advantages such as short contract terms, low investment costs or a favourable IT infrastructure, which enable absolutely flexible working.

Where are the workspaces located?

We offer prospective tenants office spaces at five prime locations in Hamburg, including downtown, near the airport, and in HafenCity, as well as at Berlin's central station and Friedrichstraße. Additionally, we feature prime office spaces at the Frankfurt central station and in the heart of Cologne city or Leipzig city. More locations are currently being planned.

Bei uns erhalten Sie sowohl Einzel- als auch Großraumbüros in verschiedenen Größen von 10 bis 50 Quadratmetern. Auf Kundenwunsch sind Verbindungstüren und mobile Trennwände zwischen den einzelnen Büros möglich.

Welche Vertragslaufzeiten gibt es?

Sie als Kunde entscheiden selbst, wie lange Sie unsere Räumlichkeiten mieten möchten: Von einer Stunde bis zu zwölf Monaten oder länger ist alles möglich.

ABC bietet Ihnen eine individuelle Anzahl und Gestaltung der Arbeitsplätze mit einer modernen Büroeinrichtung von Aktenschrank bis Schreibtischstuhl. Profitieren Sie außerdem von einer wöchentlichen Reinigung, der Nutzung sämtlicher öffentlicher Bereiche und Empfangsservice mit Postdienst. Die Nebenkosten laufen über uns und Sie erhalten eine anmeldefähige Geschäftsadresse, zu der Sie rund um die Uhr Zutritt haben.
